The New & Old World - A Collection of Rare Spanish Arts Sails Into the Nashville Symphony Center

by Rich and Laura Lynch

On December 2, 2024 we had the opportunity to attend opening night of 'The New & Old World' presented by La Suite and the Suite Subastas gallery originating from Barcelona, Spain. Like the explorers of old they have crossed the ocean with a showcase loaded with thrilling treasures. Sponsored by the Nashville Area Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and hosted by the Nashville Symphony Center - 'The New & Old World' presents a selection of medieval and renaissance European art, as well as baroque Novo-Hispanic art, all sprinkled with artworks from the 20th century - because as the organizers declare "art from all periods makes the perfect combination". The focal point of the exhibit is the "Genealogy of the Fourteen Inca Kings" that is a must see for all Nashvillians and visitors to town. You have until the 13th of the month to catch this free and one-of-a-kind selection of fine art in Music City.

The team from Suite Subastas have proudly put their collection on display at the Nashville Symphony Center.
