Dave Pahanish Preps the Return of Panfest at Warm-Up Show in Hermitage

by Rich and Laura Lynch

Dave Pahanish is the pride of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The extremely gifted singer-songwriter had only been in town for a short minute following a mid-2000's move to Music City before he landed an unprecedented string of #1 Billboard country music singles that included "Do You Believe Me Now" by Jimmy Wayne, "American Ride" by Toby Keith, and "Without You" by Keith Urban. Pahanish has also had songs recorded by Tim McGraw, Collin Raye, and others.

We were thrilled to catch up with Dave once again as he emerged from the lockdown induced isolation at the Rusty Nail in Hermitage for the first of two Memorial Day weekend performances on May 29, 2021. Pahanish was in good spirits and fine form as he played for his friends who made the trip to see him run through a non-stop two hour set featuring a few covers and many of his own classics like "I Will", "Right Back Atcha", "The One that Got Away" and "Defender" from his latest self-titled White Album.

Dave's latest is known as the white ablum.

More importantly, Dave announced the return of his Pahanish themed festival called "Panfest" to Nashville that will feature a packed line-up of some of this town's finest songwriters at 3rd & Lindsley on July 1, 2021. Mark your calendars!
