Jingle Beat Is Off to the Races in Nashville

by Rich and Laura Lynch

There is never any shortage of unique holiday options to experience when the Christmas Season rolls around in Nashville. This year, local residents and tourists will literally be able to roll around the Nashville Super Speedway in a high-tech and musically enriched environment thanks to Jingle Beat presented by EAMOTION now through December 31, 2020.

The Nashville Speedway was transformed into a megawatt Music City miracle for the month of December.

The team from MCN visited on opening night and we learned just why you will want to get there at least 15 minutes in advance of the time printed on your ticket. That's because the event staff onsite will line you up and assign you in starting lanes - and if you're lucky - you'll get the North Pole position with a special greeting from a face masked Santa himself. You'll want to buckle up and strap yourself in for an approximate 30 minute trip around the track led by a pace car that features multiple colorful Christmas themed LED displays and an impressive wall of sound that resonates both in and outside of your car thanks to a handy radio simulcast.

A high-tech colorful display was the stunning centerpiece of Jingle Beat.

Brought to you by the creative minds of EAMOTION, Jingle Beat answered one question for us - and that was - what happened to all the speakers and cabinets usually employed by touring musicians but aren't now due to the Covid related shutdown of the music business. Well, a large amount of them are in use in and around the track for a quality and immersive but not obtrusive sound experience that features updated takes on traditional holiday classics.

A Christmas tree festooned passenger vehicle set the pace for our #JINGLEBEAT experience.

In this era of social distancing JINGLE BEAT is a no contact, timed-entry, drive-thru spectacle where your car serves as the front row seat! The event is suitable for all ages and features a festive and fixed two-mile driving course, a remix of memorable holiday songs and vibrant visuals that are upbeat, nostalgic and rhythmically dance in sync throughout your trek around the speedway with ever changing views at every turn. EAMOTION and the Nashville Super Speedway have set the course for a new tradition in Music City. Now, it's up to you. The keys are in your hand so put the pedal to the metal and rev on over to Jingle Beat while you still can.
